What a character voice profile should contain
Picking a voice per video is how brands end up with a character that sounds like five different people.
Voice is identity, not a setting
On a phone, with the sound on and the screen half-watched, voice carries more recognition than visuals. If it changes between posts, the character resets each time.

The profile
Age impression. Energy level. Delivery style. Accent and region. Pace, including how it changes when explaining something technical. Humour type and how far it goes. Authority: how much the character asserts versus suggests. And an explicit list of things the voice never does.
A character compounds only when the next appearance still belongs to the same identity.
Localised variants
Each market gets a variant rather than a new voice: same age, same energy, same humour, native delivery. The character should sound like itself speaking another language, not like a different actor.
This is what the product does, in practice.
Bring an existing mascot or begin with a new character. The identity, direction, production, and history stay connected.
