Terms of use
The agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite into your workspace.
What you upload
You must own the artwork, logos, photos and brand material you upload, or have permission to use them. You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the characters and output produced from it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate real people without permission, to produce unlawful, hateful or deceptive material, to infringe someone else's character or brand, or to attack the service itself.
Credits and plans
Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when work is generated and reset each billing period. Top up credits do not expire while a plan is active. Credits are not refundable once spent.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features described as expanding or planned are not part of the current service.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
