Forge the gorilla constructing a practical miniature city set

Work

What continuity looks like when a character goes to work.

The work below uses Shinobi Strategy demonstration characters to show the full sequence: identity, direction, world, campaign, and localization.

Selected work / Demonstration studies

Range without losing authorship.

Each study starts with a different character problem, then chooses the craft that makes the performance land.

Kellan

Hold the breath

Virtual human campaign study / Identity through acceleration

Edda

Fix the beat

Hand-drawn comedy study / Product action through timing

Kellan / Virtual human

The decision was restraint.

One breath establishes the character before speed takes over. The face, silhouette, and teal jacket remain the recognition anchors.

Outputs: hero film, vertical cut, campaign stills

Edda / 2D animation

The decision was timing.

A failed product creature creates the setup. Edda's repair and release create the character, joke, and pack shot in one action.

Outputs: launch film, social loop, reaction set

Demonstration film 01

A world responds to the character.

Forge does not simply occupy the miniature city. His action gives the scene its rhythm, reveals the world, and creates the final campaign image.

01 · How the character was defined

Rules first, production second.

We fixed Forge’s face geometry and colour values, defined how far his expression can move, approved the worlds he can build, and wrote the never-list before directing a single frame.

This demonstration shows how one approved story becomes a connected campaign system while the character's identity remains intact.

Español: MX

“Dame un minuto. Te enseño la parte que de verdad importa.”

Dialogue rewritten, currency and CTA adapted, voice re-cast.

04 · Another market

Same character. Different market. Not a translation.

The Spanish cut is not the English script in Spanish. The dialogue is rewritten for how the offer is normally made, the call to action changes, and the voice is re-cast at the same age and humour.
