Define the character once. Everything else follows.
Shinobi Strategy is built around one Character Core and seven connected systems that keep every performance, story, market, and asset faithful to it.
The directing environment
The character never leaves the room.
Move from identity to direction, scene, review, and assets without starting from an empty box. Every decision stays attached to the character being directed.

One identity / Three performances
Direct a person, not a preset.
The same virtual human can explain, host, or narrate. Face, voice, wardrobe, and boundaries stay fixed while the performance changes.
Aiko
Three states
Educator, campaign host, and narrator from one Character Core
Continuity check
One identity moving through the whole system.
The Core does not sit beside the workflow. It governs every scene, voice, campaign and market that follows.

01 · Character Core
The file your character is built from.
Character Core holds everything that makes a character recognisable: the face, body, wardrobe, colors, expression range, voice, behavior, and boundaries. Every appearance is directed from this file, so the identity does not drift.

Never
No ladders. No competitor jokes. No shouting.
02 · Vibes
Pick the intent. The system handles the craft.
You choose a creative direction: Cinematic, Neighbourhood, Premium, Comedy, Social Native, Hero, Educational, High Energy, Documentary. Behind that choice the system sets camera movement, pacing, editing rhythm, lighting, expression range, dialogue style and sound design. You never touch a technical setting.
Vibes in detailWhat should this feel like?
Camera, pacing, lighting and delivery are set from this choice.
03 · Worlds
The places your character lives in.
Save the environments your character returns to: the workshop, rooftop, storefront, family kitchen, stadium, stage, or seasonal set. Worlds are reusable, so stories made months apart still belong to the same character universe.

04 · Voice
One voice, not a voice per video.
Every character carries a voice profile: age impression, tone, pace, accent, confidence, humour, formality and delivery style. It is part of the brand identity, not a dropdown you re-pick each time.
Voice in detail05 · Campaigns
A business objective in. A campaign out.
Enter what you are promoting, who it is for and where it runs. Shinobi Strategy returns several campaign concepts in your character's world. You pick one, and it becomes a full set of deliverables: hero film, social cuts, stills, audio, in-store screens: all with the same character.
Campaigns in detailThree concepts from one brief

The First Encounter
Pipes
Pipes turns the launch benefit into a physical action.

The Familiar Ritual
Blaze
Blaze builds a signature routine into a recurring campaign.

One Useful Minute
Dusty
Dusty explains one idea through a memorable demonstration.
06 · Localization
Not translation. Adaptation.
The same campaign adapted for another market: dialogue rewritten rather than translated, cultural references swapped, currency, units, dates, regional terminology and the call to action adjusted, and the voice re-cast while keeping the same personality.
Localization in detailEnglish: US
“Give me one minute. I will show you the part that matters.”
CTA · See how it works
Español: MX
“Dame un minuto. Te enseño la parte que de verdad importa.”
CTA · Descubre cómo funciona
Dialogue rewritten, currency and CTA adapted, voice re-cast.
07 · Assets
Your character's system of record.
Every output is filed by character, campaign, language, platform, format, version, approval state and date. Not a folder of anonymous video files: a library you can search two years later.
Assets in detail| Output | Campaign | Language | Version | State |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hero 60s | Launch story | EN-US | v3 | Approved |
| Social 15s | Launch story | ES-MX | v1 | In review |
| Still set | Seasonal story | EN-US | v2 | Approved |
| Audio 30s | Education | EN-US | v1 | Draft |
08 · Character Memory
Rules that stick, permanently.
Save the standing instructions that come out of real work: the character never mocks a rival, a signature object always stays in frame, a title is spoken a specific way, or one world is reserved for seasonal stories.
Character Memory in detailApplied to every future output automatically.
Bring a mascot. Or begin with a new character.
Both paths lead to the same operating layer: identity, direction, production, and continuity.
