Who this covers
This policy covers the Shinobi Strategy website and Shinobi Studio, the product application where characters are built and directed.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email, company and job title. Content you create or upload: character details, artwork, logos, photos, scripts, campaigns and the history of what you generated. Basic technical records needed to run and secure the service, such as error reports and request logs.
Why we collect it
To give you an account, to store and serve your characters and files, to generate the work you ask for, to keep your credit balance correct, and to answer support requests.
Your uploads
Files you upload are stored privately and are only readable by your own account. They are used to produce the work you request. We do not sell them, publish them, or use them to train models of our own.
Processors we use
We use third party infrastructure to host the database, storage and application, to send transactional email, and to generate text and imagery you request. They process data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your characters, files, generation history and profile are removed.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time, remove individual files, and delete your whole account from Settings inside Shinobi Studio. You can also ask us to do it for you: see the data deletion page.
Children
The service is for business use and is not directed at children.
